Two out "surfing" at 13th Street. The guy on the left walked into the water, laid his board down, jumped on and started paddling to get out of the surf zone. He didn't even attempt to get out in waist high water... right off the beach. I was certain he was going to get his fins stuck in the sand and get whacked by a shore breaking, head high wave. He didn't, though.
