This first series of shots taken from Crissy Field, closer to the start line and gate 3 on the course. The weather was a beautiful 80 degress. I intended to catch a cab from the Westin St. Francis out to here. The traffic was a nightmare so the cabbie had to let me off a mile from my first destination at Crissy Field so my hiking adventures include almost two more miles than calculated, with my forty pounds of camera grear in a specialized camera backpack. It was worth it though.
